Barbara Moseley is my golfing partner and my longtime friend. After putting together the Best of the Best from Mississippi Cookbook, I realized just how much work this business was going to take and that I could use some help.
So I asked Barbara if she would be interested in working with me. I told her I couldn't pay her at first. But we are so much alike and she loves to travel, so she said "When do we leave!"
